Prior to your delivery arriving, you'll receive a text or email notifying you of your delivery and asking you to provide information that can assist with delivery. If you won't be at the delivery address you can choose 'signature not required' and specify a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel.

Delivery takes 1-5 working days depending on where you are in New Zealand. Rural delivery can take a little longer.
